Today we’d like to introduce you to Linda Moya.

Hi Linda, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story. At the beginning of 2013, after talking to a friend about life. I realized I needed a better job. I remember he asks me what I was good at? What are my interests and activities that I liked to do? Without hesitation, I answered, with I like to clean! It takes my stress away, I told him. He smiled and then he said there you go…. You got your answer. I just smile at him but the idea got stuck in my head.

In November of 2013, I started my cleaning service. It was a hard start with no clients and just a vision. As soon I could, I started making introductory baskets. I called them in which I put small bottles of cleaning products, a washcloth, energy bar, and water; I also included all my Business Information. I went out to all the businesses in my community and I introduced myself and my cleaning service. I did that for few times. Until I cover my desired marketing area. As a result, I received a few inquiries and got my first client. My first client referred me to another person and so it takes time and perseverance to build your clientele. The acclaimed reputation of my company has been due to hard work, honesty, integrity that I have a made fundamental part of my business. Ever since my business had been growing each year. We service in the residential, commercial, and construction fields.

I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle-free, but so far would you say the journey has been a fairly smooth road? It has not been a smooth road like most businesses; they have ups and Downs. For some people, we are a necessity but for others a luxury. It all depends on the need of a person and their budget. Sometimes, the first thing a family or individual has to adjust in their budget is the cleaning service.

• Finding good help: I have to ensure our service providers are honest and trustworthy. So they may enter into our client’s houses. My crew had been with me since I started in this business.

• Last year with the pandemic, my business was serving 50%. It was a very difficult time for us but we managed to survive.

We are a cleaning service offering residential, commercial, and construction cleaning services in Tampa Bay and surrounding areas. We offer customized cleaning services according to each client’s time frames daily, weekly, monthly, one time. It’s very important for us our client’s preferences in product used in each household. We create a customized plan that meets your specific cleaning needs. The eye for detail in each cleaning service proves our high level of professionalism in each job; we love to exceed our client’s expectations we clean your house like ours. Our prices are customized for each client’s needs.

Do you have any advice for those looking to network or find a mentor? In the beginning, for me has been the old fashion word of mouth. Our great reputation and our client’s satisfaction had help me to grow my business. Nowadays, social media has opened even more doors for us our Facebook Page, Instagram and. Our business website had creative avenues to promote my business.
