As a determined Hispanic woman who embarked on a life-changing journey from Honduras to the United States, I have been instilled with the belief that success is not merely an aspiration but a goal to be pursued with dedication. From the very beginning, I have been taught to invest my whole heart and soul, putting 100% effort into everything I complete. What truly defines my resilience is not the absence of failure, but the courage and resilience to rise again, stronger than before, no matter the obstacles I encounter. Guided by an unwavering faith in God, which empowers me both in my personal and professional life. Surrendering to adversity has never been an option for me; instead, I embrace the challenge and strive forward on the path to success.

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?
Networking, the art of building meaningful connections, played a pivotal role in growing the business by opening doors to new opportunities, partnerships, and potential clients. Diligent research enabled the company to make informed decisions, identify market trends, and stay ahead of competitors, ensuring a strategic and sustainable growth trajectory. However, it was unwavering determination that truly fueled the business’s success, propelling it through challenges, setbacks, and obstacles, while keeping the vision alive and driving the team to achieve remarkable milestones. My advice to those starting out is to figure out your goals, create a plan that aligns with what you want to achieve and action it.
